Web Resources you may find useful (just click on the links):

Skill Boosters - excellent e-learning and video clip resource site.  Flexible and cost effective options for improving your L&D / Training offering.  I have been working with Skill Boosters on new Problem Behaviour e-learning.  For advice on dealing with some difficult interpersonal behaviours at work: see my You Tube channel.

I have also most recently worked with them to produce an introductory video resource on Strenghts Based Development.

Good Day At Work

Robertson Cooper's wellbeing community and resource hub.  Also try their You Tube channel which has a number of short useful video clips - some of which feature me!

i-resilience  - free personality (Big 5) based personal resilience profile from Robertson Cooper.

All in the Mind (Australian Broadcasting Company) - their podcasts are excellent on all things related to the mind and brain (not to be confused with the BBC's All in the Mind, which is also OK but I think this is better).

Big White Wall - excellent support resource for those experiencing mental health problems (free in some parts of the country and for Service Personnel).

Kouzes and Posner's Leadership Challenge - I'm a big fan of their five leadership practices approach.

British Psychological Society  - main professional body for psychologists in the UK. Their Research Digest is great for varied and interesting new psychology research highlights.
